	Concept Homes: These "Ready-to-Build Dream Homes" are home listings that may be featuring specific lots, be in the early stages of construction, feature a plan that the builder has already constructed or just an outstanding set of plans the builder is showcasing.
	Remodeled Homes: Thinking of Remodeling? These remodeled homes will showcase the capabilities of DFW's top Remodelers.

You can search both available and concept homes by price, location, style, etc. You can customize your own tour with our search options and trip planner or take one of the featured lifestyle tours such as Green Built Homes, The Luxury Edition, Built-to-Suit and much more.

About the Home Builders Association of Greater Dallas

The Home Builders Association of Greater Dallas, chartered in 1944, is an organization representing all segments of the residential building industry in the Dallas Metropolitan area.
